1) make and regulate the rules for klub black.
2) make annual klub black activities and sales plan.
3.private consultant management:
1) formulate policy for private consultancy services for black card membership.
2) establish private consultant kpi and incentive system. decomposing monthly kpi of private consultants, and guide and monitor regularly the implementation.
1. college degree or above,be familiar with high-standard service industry and have more than 3 years’ service experience related to the: aviation service, hotel service, financial service, private banking service.
